Illinois has 21 licensed medical cannabis cultivators. Only medical cannabis cultivators may obtain recreational licenses, and all 21 now have both licenses. Cultivator license owners have no limits on indoor canopy at one location and can sell medical and recreational cannabis as well as infusion products to any Illinois licensed dispensary.
