Brad is a journalist, serial entrepreneur and media ecologist. He lives in Chicago with his son. Interests include music, meditation and Miles Davis.

Marcy is the bridge between customer intuition and scientific understanding in the cannabis industry. As a registered nurse she led as an educator in the acute care setting at Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago. More recently, she acted as an operations and product expert as the lead medical consultant responsible for staff education and sales management inside a leading national cannabis MSO. Marcy has experience in many roles within the cannabis industry and she uses this insight to bring cannabis science and commerce together in a way that benefits both cannabis companies and their consumers.

Tom is a veteran business leader who has been in the cannabis industry since 2016. He has deep experience in all operational aspects of building and running companies. He served as founder and CEO of the Cannabis Industry Institute and CEO of cannabis brands company, Clear Cannabis, Inc. Tom lives in the Denver area with his wife Michelle. He’s a singer/songwriter/guitarist who spends as much time as possible enjoying the Colorado outdoors and traveling internationally.

Joyce Winnecke advises Grown In and other companies on strategy, revenue development and communications. A former journalist and media executive, she has led digital transformation, rebuilt organizations, created products and crafted narrative. Among senior roles in media, Joyce was Executive Editor at Chicago Tribune and President of Tribune Content Agency. She was Chief Marketing and Experience Officer at PCMA in the business events industry. Joyce is President of the International Women’s Forum Chicago and Immediate Past President of YWCA Metropolitan Chicago.
