April 30 was the deadline for public company 2019 annual and fourth quarter reports. While most companies got theirs out in March, Cresco Labs and Harvest Health only reported out last week, and Acreage Holdings, branded in Illinois as “Nature’s Care”, have notified Canadian Securities Administrators (CSA) that they will not file their reports until May, taking advantage of a rule issued by the CSA, pushing public company annual filing deadlines from March 31, to May 15. Acreage is a Canadian company listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
