Illinois reported $31.1 million in medical cannabis sales for the month of April, a 3.7% increase over March, and keeping with a steady trendline started a year ago. The growth in medical cannabis sales closely matches that of retail cannabis, which has kept to about a 3.8% growth trend since February this year.
