Illinois’ medical cannabis sales lost all of their “pandemic gains”, dropping to levels not seen since January 2020. Whether or not this is a broad trend – or merely a shift of existing supply from medical to adult use sales – will be difficult to tell until Illinois releases overall sales numbers later this month.
