Are there placement levels? Does one level get something more or less?

There are no placement levels for these events. It is a straight up or down sponsorship. 

What visibility will cultivators receive with event advertising?

Inclusion on our website and other digital event advertisements 

What visibility will cultivators receive at the events?

Attending dispensaries and processors will receive an emailed list of attending cultivators in advance of each event. At registration, attending dispensaries and processors will also receive a paper list of attending cultivators.

What size exhibition space will sponsors get?

Depending on the location, at least an 8-foot display table with your own exhibition space.

How does the private meeting space work?

For each location there will be a limited number of meeting spaces where cultivators can conduct private sales negotiations. For those who reserve them in advance, Grown In will pre-schedule meetings with attending dispensary license holders. Before the event, cultivators will receive a list of meetings and times, as well as details about each group they are meeting with. Dispensary license holders will be reminded that they are expected to attend, and if they miss meetings, they will be held responsible.

What access to lists of attendees and what kinds of information can we obtain?

A week before each event, cultivators will receive a digital list with contact information for all license holders who attend that event.

What about hotel space?

We will provide preferred hotel information for each location. In some cases discounts may be available.
