Michigan cannabis regulators announced a public hearing date for September 27 for a set of ten rules that would make significant changes to state regulations. The proposed rules include new rules for drive-thru or curbside pickup, requirements for company equity ownership of 2.5%, rather than 5% to be disclosed in license applications, and the creation of a Class A microbusiness license allowing up to 300 mature plants.

The hearing will occur at the Williams Building, 1st Floor Auditorium, 525 West Ottawa Street, Lansing, MI 48909 at 9:30am. The proposed rule sets and details on submitting comments are available on the MRA website.
