In the third of our cultivation tour series, we visit C4 (Carroll County Cannabis Company), in Carrollton, Missouri, a small town about ninety minutes east and north of Kansas City. C4 was one of the first cultivation facilities to be certified and selling cannabis to Missouri dispensaries last October. Since then it’s been reinvesting to expand their canopy space, to serve the state’s growing medical market, but also in anticipation of a 2022 voter referendum to legalize adult use cannabis sales.
