Fyllo raises $10 million from existing investors
Chad Bronstein, CEO of West Loop-based cannabis advertising technology startup Fyllo announced that the company he co-founded last year to target inefficiencies in cannabis advertising compliance raised $10 million in additional venture capital.
Existing investors, including Chicago-based Salveo Capital, led the round. Earlier this year, Fyllo paid $10 million in capital and equity to acquire Denver-based CannaRegs.
Kadens sells $1.2 million in GTI Shares
Canadian finance blog The Deep Dive reports that former Green Thumb Industries CEO Pete Kadens unloaded additional shares in the company on August 28, generating approximately $1.7 million in proceeds. This follows two additional stock sales earlier this summer by his family foundation.
